* We usually only manage property within a 6 mile radius of Market Deeping.

We will provide a cost effective and flexible service for Landlords with fees at just 10% plus VAT.

For Landlords that wish to manage their own properties we also offer an Advertise only or Tenant Finder Service.

For Tenants we offer the reassurance of deposit protection and competitive, transparent fees to help you find your ideal home.

We are a member of the PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME so in the unlikely event that you are not happy with our service, you can utilise the scheme to help resolve any issues.
